work out regimen for the next week:
gym - everyday, minimum hour and a half
eliptical machine - minimum 30 minutes, 400cals, 3.4 miles
all leg machines - max weight and reps i can take
all arm machines - max weight and reps i can take
lower back - 40 front, 40 right, 40 left w/ 10lb weight
crunches - minimum 1000
