exactly one week to get in shape!
work out regimen for the next week:
gym - everyday, minimum hour and a half
eliptical machine - minimum 30 minutes, 400cals, 3.4 miles
all leg machines - max weight and reps i can take
all arm machines - max weight and reps i can take
lower back - 40 front, 40 right, 40 left w/ 10lb weight
crunches - minimum 1000

theres one small problem, not with him lol but the JCC is closed like 3 days next week!!! i guess u can use ur membership at the Y when the JCC is closed or sumthin but the Y gym is icky! :(
o ya and i cant wait till they open the outside pool for laps cause it looks really pretty out there right now lol i wanan get in it before all the lil kids pee in it

its easier to wrokout longer if your with someone cause u dont get bored.
