Almost February, which means new magazine time~! Also means spring fashion will be out in full bloom. So many choices, but never enough money~

I thought it was meant to be that April showers brought May flowers, not January ones. I almost stepped in a puddle, but my heels saved me from getting totally wet~ Who says that heels aren't a girl's best
