I'm getting really sick of this diet. I want spaghetti so damn much.

But I'm down to about 163 with my clothes on, so.

I don't know, I just wish there was an easier way.

Day 12

Nothing much happened, again. I got more shakes, and I was hoping the doctor wouldn't have been there, because my mom said she may have actually fed me something if I ran out of shakes.

But alas, I cannot.

Day 11

Nothing much really happened today, again. I had ruffles and cookies, but I didn't gain any weight, pretty much.

Sorry guys (or anybody there), it's been a slow week.

Day 10

I've been eating a little bit of actually good food sparingly; not enough to make me gain a lot of weight--.2 pounds, at most--but enough to keep me from wanting to punch thousands of babies.

I think Team Fortress 2 and Star Trek fanfiction is helping my situation, though.

 Day 9

There's nothing much to report. I had a little to eat today, but not enough to make me gain twenty pounds. A  could popcorn chickens, two fruit gushers. I think that was it. I should be pretty okay.

I'm really tired, so I'll just end it here.

I ate some blueberries today, but that was all. I'm pretty sure that eating some blueberries isn't going to harm anything, so I'll be good.

My brother finally took his damn hyperactive dog back. Jesus Christ she's so aggravatingly chipper. But her eyes just are so big and brown and agh.

I weighed 165 on the nose today. I'm really determined to do this, you don't even know. I did some weights today, ten minutes. It started to hurt after a while because I am a weak little pansy, but I kept going at it even when my neck felt like it was going to twist off (for some reason). So I finally got the first week over and done with. It's been quite a toll, but I am now determined to lose weight.

I've lost eight pounds so far. Here's look to more.

So I ate some pretzels today. I don't think it was that big of a deal, considering they're just pretzels. The shakes are getting easier to get down, but oh god the vitamins.

My mom melted the vitamins so I could get them down easier, but augh the drink is so gross. Like, ridiculously gross. It's cringe-worthy and nasty as hell.
