The weight loss makes me feel so much beta x wen a step on the scales and realise ive lost even 1lb i feel so proud of myself then out of nowhere sumfin tells me "yeah uve lost weight, dnt get 2 happy u hav a long way 2 go! hav u reached your goal yet?" God help me! I'm so over weight it's unbelievable! Been skipping meals now 4 a while but find I have 2 eat tea cause of parents (DOESN'T HELP). I've lost 7lbs now but need to loose another 14lbs! Need to keep exercising :) X
