Can anyone remind me, where in the old animation x-man serial did Wolverine had flashback about saving people from Nazi camp with Captain America, where they saved child Magneto?
I remember seeing it, but can't find where

I rewatched this one, but they don't release people there, just (want to) save the scientist and fight Red Scull.

Then you must mean the episode "Operation Rebirth", which was from X-Men: Evolution, Season 2, Episode 24.

The only episode featuring young Magneto in a concentration camp in the original series was "Deadly Reunions" and even then, it does not feature Captain America and Wolverine in the past, just Magneto being forced to remember what it was like.
