so i use to say "dont regret anything, because there is always something you can learn". So i used to not regret anything. But now I dont really think that is a healthy way to live. It is true that there is something to be learned from everything, whether it is good or bad, but logic and reasoning alone aren't ample tools to fully learn from ( Read more... )

it may have taken you a while, but there are people twice your age and even three times your age that still haven't figured it out and probably never will.

it's all about making progress in your own life and maturing on your own. for instance, i am sick right now - instead of complaining about it i decided to take the mindset of 'you have to get sick sometimes to appreciate the times when you are healthy.' i wish i would have thought of this sooner - i mean, i'm a very sickly person and get sick all of the time - if i had just thought of this sooner i would have had a much more positive outlook on soooo many things.

at least i figured it out now. :)
