The acronym stands for Rapid Eye Movement, refering to the stage of sleep in which dreams occur. However, I referred specifically to a musical group that was popular in the 1980s and 1990s, who took their name from that stage of sleep.

I once recall receiving a CD by them "Automatic for the People" if I remember so correctly, and it's actually on the shelf near me, but I haven't gotten around to listening to it-yet. Any songs you reccommend?

It'd be excellent to hear non-Russian music!
