This week is turning out to be hard.

I already didn't do a homework assignment, skipped a quiz, and didn't turn in a rough draft for a paper. Sometimes it upsets me that I'm so unmotivated, but at the same time, all these things will be worth nothing by next year, just some letters matched with numbers, averaging out to make a grade. I just wrote in my real, paper journal, and it felt good.

In other news, I changed my major to biology, and I'm going to grad school out west with Austin. Probably.

There's a frickin huge pile of clothes on my floor because I haven't done laundry in almost 4 weeks. I'm holding out until Friday, when I go home and can do laundry for free AND my clothes will get dry in one cycle in the dryer. Our dryer here is shit.

So, yeah, I never update this journal. I don't find it as fun or as easy to update as my xanga. Plus, only 4 people read it, and I see them every once in a while at least, at opening bands meetings. So, don't count on me to ever update this again.

It's been a rough couple of days. There's another problem with my car, one which makes it slightly dangerous to drive. I can't figure out anything about fixing it til tomorrow, but I've been worrying about it and if I'm going to have to pay for it, or if it's under warranty still, or if it's void because of that damn pothole I hit that was the size ( Read more... )

I hurt my back......playing video games.
Yes, that's correct. I was playing while sitting on my bed, with no back support. So I was all hunched over while playing, and now my upper back is pretty sore. Guess that'll teach me not to play video games for 4 hours straight.
I have a job now, haven't started working yet though.
My life is pretty boring.

I'm waiting for Thanksgiving break to arrive. So I can go home and see my family and my pets. So I can go to Indiana and see the rest of my family, and eat real delicious food. So, a mere 2 days after I get my ears cleaned out, I have contracted a painful ear infection. Not only does my ear hurt, but the area around my ear hurts, extending to the left side of my jaw, making it painful to eat food.

So tonight I went to see Troubled Hubble play with Inspector Owl and Gunshy.

A friend from Weston from my freshman year was there, and he is friends with Inspector Owl. Troubled Hubble was going to go stay the night in his apartment, but then we said that we had 2 beds and 2 couches for sleeping on.
