The number of times I had to remake Bellick... urgh, staring at that all day yesterday was not the fun. It was hellish. Thing is, I actually enjoy the character, and the actor always comes across as a real sweetheart whenever I see him interviewed, but his face is just hard to love. I'm sure there's some would say the same about our T-Bag, though ;)
