I cannot stop obsessing about finding someone to take over my rental. I am going crazy and thinking all kinds of self-destructive thoughts. Sweety if I financially could, I would totally help you out with this stuff. :( I wish I lived there or knew of people looking for a place there. If you go through a realtor do you just pay them a fee and then you're done? If so, I would say to go for that. It would save you so much stress in the long run. If there is anything I can do, please please let me know. *big hugs*

Sorry you're going through all this. :-( You could call a property management co. to rent out your room - they usually take a cut of the rent, like 10% ish? Good luck.
