Sorry to peep on your journal but I found you through snapdragon_666 post. I read your post a few times and I must say it's quite touching. Trust is such a big hard scary word. Honestly I'm not too big on the trust issue myself. But if open yourself to trust somebody, you must also learn forgiveness.

People are people and we hurt each other. But its sad that people closest to us hurts us the most. But if we don't forgive the people we love then we lose out even more.

I can't comment on your relationship because only you will ever know the true facts. But I hope there were moments in that relationship that made you happy. The only real good tip I can give you is remember to breathe.
