I'm on course to get a B in all my classes this semester. The finacial aid came through for this semester and the aid for next semester is waiting in the wings. I Got a new car, it's not sexy like my Old 318i which died on me, it's a Saturn after all, but I got a good deal on it and it should last me until I can afford to have a sexy car again. I ran into an interesting argument the other day. A Nimitz class air-craft carrier costs about 2 billion to make and let's say it costs another 1.5 billion to fully arm, equip and man. Well I turned 26 yesterday and once again my parents couldn't help bringing up that by now my father had: married my mother, owned his own house, was starting his career, and I was on the way. So we end up paying 700 billion, excuse me 801 billion dollars in addition to the hundreds of millions of dollars that have already been pumped into these institutions by the Fed, so that they can run out of money and fail months or years down the line because they over leveraged their own debts. So yesterday some guy thought I was homeless. To be fair he did see me washing up in the bathroom of home depot, but that was because I was super dirty. In his infinite wisdom Gov. Corsine has decided to propose legislation that would allow towns to impose their own taxes upon us. WTF? Does somethign happen to your brain after you've earned your first billion? do you forget that not everyone has 10k as pocket change?

I have to prove the the IRS that first I am not my father, because we have the same name, and then that I actually do exist. Apparently they fear I am some sort of Apparition somehow filling out forms by manipulating the ether from the vast formlessness of Oblivion.

Apparently it is pretty easy to tell when I've crossed that often hazy line between drunk and wasted. I magically transform into a drunken master capable of amazing feats of endurance, Zen like concentration and believe it or not greatly improved accuracy, particularly when playing beer pong.

So I was in Barnes and Noble with my mom yesterday. We were both looking for a couple different books but did not find them (god I hate it that borders moved out of my town it was such a better store).
