Consequences, why do some people believe they don't exist?

Well my wonderful and amazing brother brian really did it this time. He gets himself three tickets, amassing to about 500 dollars worth of fines and now has the possibility of losing his license. I'd have him shot. They have motorsports parks for racing, in case he didn't know. Two guys did the exact same thing here a couple years ago and killed somebody in their stupidity. They were going 100 in a 45 zone. Let's just say I'm waiting for a guilty verdict in their trial. Your brother's *very* lucky he didn't hurt someone or he would be facing the same set of consequences right now.

Yeah I know, but like I said he doesn't believe in consequences.

You want to know what's really funny. Not to long ago while he was speeding (racing another friend as it turns out) He hit three tree with his Prelude, before that he nearly totaled my moms car while speeding. It was raining he hit a puddle and hydroplaned into the curb all but snapping the axles. He's almost killed himself twice and wrecked two cars, but still hasn't learned his lesson.
