Wow, it's been a while.
Again, i'm so sorry, loyal followers.
But I was whisked away into the wilderness on a trip to Algonquin Park, Canada.
This national park is freaking huge, off the cellphone grid and I think England could fit happily inside it without an issue.

Holy shit my arms hurt.
At pole last night my instructor had me doing a million pushups and pole-ups today. Super owwie. And then I ate half a lasagne when I got home cuz I was so so hungry. Eyebrows were raised.
