(Psssssttt it's an automated LJ thing. Not sure how it works exactly I think it has to do with the amount of views a post gets. They got this thing set up that automatically tracks views on posts. Then they post the top 25 on a LJ page so that anyone looking at the top 25 list can find your post and then if they want they can reply or add you to their friends or both. I think it only tracks public posts not friends only or private. But I'm not sure on that.)
