That's it. I can't sit here and do nothing anymore. For one, I need to face
Spike myself. And for two? I don't know how much longer the Council will pay for a hotel.
But I can't do anything right now.

There are very good reasons he didn't tell you he was back you know, after the way you've treated him, who could blame the poor guy. And looking at your behavior with a certain ex of yours, I can only tell you, he was probably right to try and protect himself from you.
Seeing you break his heart over and over back in Sunnydale was more than enough.
It's stupid really, all your life, you chase after guys that aren't worth it (Angel, Riley, the Immortal), then you get the one guy every sane woman would thank God for sending their way, and you just throw him away...Guess Angel was right about one thing, you have a horrible taste in men...
What would you rather do? Chase after a guy that has little or nothing in common with the image you had of him in highschool, who moved on years ago and is only after you when someone else is. Or to grow up and see if you have a chance with a guy who loves you more than anyone will ever love you again, in your entire lifetime.

I know I'm not her, but neither are you. None of us are right to judge the things she did until we've been in the exact position she was. Which I doubt will ever happen. She was scared, stressed, hesitant, and all those other things she had every right to be. If Spike's allowed to protect himself, then so is she.
Now, I'm not saying she didn't make mistakes, but who's perfect? Nobody. She didn't know what to do, and no one can hold that against her.
And where is this Angel arguement coming from? Since when is she chasing after him? Last time I checked, she was angrily storming away....

2. He has some valid, and surprisingly mature reasons for not going to you.
3. Please try to bear #2 in mind before leaping (or punching, or kicking).
