If it makes you/her feel any better, I puked on both oxycontins and morphine, and itched with even vicodin, so he might not be back on "dope".

Although - I agree with you that using oxys or vikes is a relapse; they all act on the same receptors in your brain and cause the same withdrawal symptoms.

I wouldn't tell her until you know anything for certain. Obviously this woman is your bestfriend or someone very close to you. If you find out he's using again you owe it to her to let her know. It might cause some stress in her life but think about how much stress she'll have if she has a baby with someone using dope. She obviously deserves better that. It's her right to know. i mentioned to her that its a possibility,she does know about the oxys which he's been taking for a few months now.the itching and puking is new.she knows what direction he's headed in.at least he stopped hitting her.i was about ready to rack up an assault charge for him.
