so after i pretty much broke down in tears and had to walk out of my room today to get away from my kids i decided its time to finally, for real quit the Y. i talked to nathen during rides out about putting in my two weeks and i cried the whole time i was talking to him

maybe youre not giving 100% because you cant. you said yourself that youre in a downward cycle. maybe if or when you can get it under control, you could consider working there again because your energy and happiness will be greater. just a thought.
