The main insight I have to offer to you is this: thoroughly consider all available options, and then choose the one that you feel intuitively will contribute the most to the happiness of your life. Money is great, as is work experience and upward mobility, but if you're not happy at your job then it doesn't really make a shit of difference.

D= Firstly; Is everyone getting an apartment without John!? What is this blasphemy! (just kidding)

On a slightly more serious note;

If you're planning on transferring soon and you think you'd enjoy Wells Fargo, unless you hate the job, it might be a good choice to work there.

Of course, if you're transferring to Seattle or Texas, then I guess 30% off your rent would be better. Especially because that 30% would most likely make up for some part of the money you'd lose from not getting as much per hour...

Also, you'd pay less for gas since you wouldn't really have to...drive to work. XP

Of course, I have no idea anything about the job conditions at either place...so that's just my run down of the monetary part of it.

It just depends on if you wanna be a bank...person...(what would you do? o_o) or a person who works at an apartment complex. And I can't for the life of me think of what you would do at either place...probably just...work with people alot? I guess? XP
