Okay, so I'm experiencing a set-back.  I haven't exercised since last Wednesday because of this tumor of raw nerve tissue grinding between my 3rd and 4th metatarsals.  I shouldn't have exercised on it then as it may have exacerbated the growth of the tumor.  It's benign as cancerous growths go so I'm relatively pleased about that.  It'll either 1) ( Read more... )

I'm an impatient man.  The rate at which my body is changing shape is not satisfactory for me.  That is why I'm attempting a drastic dietary change.  I will substitute one meal a day for a light-formula Muscle Milk.  It's only got 150 calories per serving and 7 grams of carbohydrates.  It packs 20 grams of protein though--more than a whole chicken ( Read more... )
