we got a juicer last night- it's the first big appliance i have ever bought for myself (after doing research i chose the one was rated best with no concern for economy) -but i used part of the gift money from cp parents to buy it, so no guilt. i've wanted one for a while, and several of my friends have (and love) them... and i have the opportunity ( Read more... )

ohhhhh I want a juicer! Someday I'm going to have counter space and then my dream of having so many wonderful kitchen appliances will be realized!

we don't have a lot of kitchen space, but we do have an abundance of appliances!

...actually we don't have much space at all, but we do have an abundance of crap. most of it is mine.

I got a food processor for Christmas, and so have been experimenting with making sauces out of vegetables, beans, etc. I'm not sure if you can use a juicer to do that?

we have a food processor too, but it's super old and the blade isn't working very well. when it works we use it to make curries!

i do love it! we just made pineapple/strawberry/grape juice that is spectacular. we have yet to make orange juice 'cause it's a pain to pick them (we have to use one of those basket picker things, 'cause the tree is so tall) but i'm really excited to try it. if it's good we'll have to ship you some ca oranges!
