Where are all the females at?
I've been thinking about the fact that there are no female PIs in my department at work. I doubt that there are no females interested in neuroscience since half of my classes at Yale dealing with neurobiology were taught by women. So how is it that an institution that prides itself on diversity has no female PIs. There might be some female staff ( Read more... ) -

I've forgotten how cold working can be...
I suppose the last couple summers I never had to really deal with the summer heat, but I spent half this summer roasting inside my house. Now, faced with 8-9 hours in a office building, I can't handle it. I'm seriously freezing on a daily basis.
