This figures. It was just my luck for this to fall through just like every other time, and the worst part is I probably did it to myself. I'm honestly just waiting for music, books, and drinking become lost on myself as well.

For those of you who really, truly know me - I got a pair of shoes with laces today.

So I got engaged today. I popped the question via text message to Claire while I was sitting on my couch before work and she gave me an enthusiastic "yes!"

So yeah, I'm pretty much so romantic it hurts.

Besides grandma, I feel like you were the only one in all of our extended family who has ever truly given a shit. You helped my dad through some hard times, he misses you dearly;

We all do.

I cannot imagine how it must feel to have to begin making funeral plans for your sibling as she lies on her death bed.

Our thoughts and our hearts are with you, aunt sherry.

You make me wish that I could believe in an afterlife.
