I'm sorry to hear that hun. Do you find your flashbacks come more at a particular time than others-or have you pinpointed what triggers you?
(For instance, I find I get way more flashbacks around fall/winter as that's when a lot happened to me. And also being around the same areas where things happened is very triggering.)
There are workbooks for PTSD that are great and there ARE good groups/therapy out there. It does take some searching and faith, but you can find some great help and therapy.
