so i'm not sure if this was a spider bite or not. i'm convinced there's a parasite of some sort living just on the left side of my body trying to escape through my left hand/hip/side of my face. see i have these things that resemble bites or scratches and they itch like crazy. but i've talked to several "professionals" and they insist they aren

It could be psychological. The actually "bites" could just be from you scratching, maybe in your sleep. This has happened to me before.

Not just a rash? Allergic reaction? I don't know much about staph infections (see Aaron's above comment), but surely the "experts" would recognize that. Maybe you've just developed an allergy to something you weren't allergic to before - it can happen! Did you change soap or washing detergent or anything like that recently? Buy some new clothes? One time I had an allergic reaction to some jean dye!
