Stoked to actually get a small workout in - about half hour 10 minutes of treadmill for warm up 1 set of 60 sit ups 3 sets of 30
chest press thingee assisted pull up - I think I figured out that the more weight you put on the easier it gets :( DOH! Ill do it right next time Im there
Felt good the last half of the run, first half was awful - hard getting warmed up still. I Wore the belt today - it didn't feel right until I had it almost right on my butt otherwise it kept bouncing around!
5 miles today, on a treadmill :( Painful to get in gear - I think DST is messing me up. I ran 50 minutes and then slowly jogged the remainder that the treadmill told me I needed to complete the 5 miles. hate it! Oh well still on target :)
yesterday was my first real first day back with fitness and Im stoked! I didnt get winded or even really get that tired.. Im going to totally push myself the next time. Now along with the crunches, coach has us do a couple of sets of pushups. ME having to push myself up is pretty good incentive to lose weight!
