The thing to remember about Facebook is it is made for house-wives, teenagers, and people who live in the suburban mid-west.

Well when it first came out it was for college students only, then they opened it up to high school kids, then everyone. It's just gotten wierder and weirder over time

The Internet is to AOL as Social Networking is to Facebook.

Its got the largest population. That makes it something. Not the best, not even necessarily good... just where most people are.

Also, a person can be smart... mobs of humans are stupid. Always.

Oh I couldn't agree more. Masses of people are impressively stupid.

I signed up for it when it was a "college networking tool" and I officially got weirded out today when my grandpa added me as a friend. That's the crazier and crazier part

Yeah, I just got a facebook invite from my grandfather today. That was weird. Especially since I've never used facebook ever.
