Rogue didn't want to go back to her own hut, so Pullo directed them to the tent he shared with Lucius. It was closer, anyhow. Lucius was inside sleeping, or pretending to, and after Pullo had a brief conversation with his friend, in which he explained he had a goddess outside, a real and actual goddess, Lucius left with a scowl

"I feel kinda bad about-" she started, laughing a little, but then she couldn't talk because his mouth was on hers. She dropped the mask which she'd been carrying and reached forward to grip his jacket, kissing him back fervently, and then stumbled a little.
"Mnh- ah-!" She blinked, glancing down, then smiled almost sheepishly back up at him.
"My dress..." she explained slightly breathless. It had a bit of a train and she had tripped. Not that he would probably care. She didn't. She was already reaching up to slide her fingers back through his hair and leaning forward, tipping her chin up to kiss him again.

Instead of kissing her he lifted her into his arms and carried her into the tent. It was dark inside and he paused, waiting for his eyes to adjust. Once they had he lowered her carefully to his bed, which was nothing more than a lot of blankets and furs piled up.
"It doesn't suit you, love," he murmured, speaking of the bed.

"I'm a backwoods girl. I've gone toe to toe with titans. This is perfect f'r me."

"How do I get you out of this gods forsaken dress?" he demanded, rising up, his shirt open and tie hanging crooked. He pulled off his jacket as he spoke, tossing it in a corner of the tent.
