The cleaning company is here, or should I say there are two guys here that are going to take care of everything. I explained that I was not comfortable touching anything and they agreed. They said they are going to throw everything out and I should make a list and the city should replace everything. So I am sad that I will be throwing out things

oh heather, i just read this and the previous entry! how horrifyingly awful! i'm glad they got a cleaning crew out there so fast. and it does suck that you have to throw everything away :( i never even considered that when we made the basement the playroom. ick. flooding from rain, sure, but sewage. omg. makes me want to move everything out now so it's not ever a possibility!
