they are awesome and still in the same place! i dont have googly eyed boobs which is awesome. the doc did a fantastic job. i wish i would have gone a tad bigger but the doc strongly advised me not too because he said it would look uber fake. which i kinda wanted but ahh well. go for it if youre thinking about it. it took me a few years to do it but mainly because it took me a long time to save the $$
