Oooo, let me know how the Astoria-hunt goes? I'm sort of (don't tell my roommate) thinking of moving at the end of August. Except, i would miss my roommate's clothes. And also having a built-in cat-sitting. And also i couldn't pay more than 1000/month. This is crap.

Anyway, good luck! Astoria seems like a good place to be, we were just talking about it this morning.

I will definitely keep you updated. I think that I am going to have to go through a broker. As much as that sucks and as expensive as it is, I think it is going to be the most reliable way to find a place within the time and area that I need.

Yeah, the hardest part about this whole thing was telling my roommate about it. We have lived together for 5 years. But its ok, we will still see eachother.

Well, if you decide to move to Astoria, we can trade cat-sitting. :)
