happy birthday boppa...

It's been so nice being home. A little boring, but I have been enjoying the relaxation. I started work this week, a receptionist at an office. It's only been three days, but I'm bored out of my mind. What did I expect though...at least it pays nice and I really need the money.

I'm really excited for New York in a few weeks.

I am home. My aunt moved out so I have my own room again.
It was nice seeing all the familiar faces on Saturday. Things have changed, but that night it seemed not so much.

i remember watching that show with my dad and brother every night in elementary school.

now i saw him in person in college. he gave a lecture on global climate changes.

wow...one friend getting married this summer, another pregnant. both my age..This kind of terrifies me.

I got accepted to Seattle U.

...now I just need to figure my shit out and make it through the next month or so.

This weekend was really inspiring and further opened my eyes to the horrific acts in the work. I had a free trip to DC to attend a genocide leadership conference, and as cheesy as it sounds, it really inspired me to find the change the I myself can make in the world.
