you poor sweetie. I'll do it for you. but hey, you know what? strangely enough, my hips have been acting retarded, too. I just can't seem to sleep right any more...but I can tell you what I do. You gotta make sure you're somewhere with a lot of room...and no people around. stand up, and as hard and fast as you can, karate-kick your leg straight out to the side. doing it quickly is really the key. (if there's people around, you'll get embarrassed and not really put your all into it)
