Sweating while my skin is cold

I don't think it's a good thing when you sneeze and are able to taste blood in your mouth.
Right now I feel like my insides are eating away at me and I feel really sick.
I don't know what it is, but it's making me feel really depressed.
I was dead all day, all I wanted to do was sleep.
For some reason I feel really alone :(

I like being left alone sometimes, but when it comes to love... thats a whole different thing. I love nothing better than listening to music, really loud, and sitting online doing nothing, or just sitting on my bed reading and writing... sometimes seclusion is the way to be... and then sometimes its not... sorry.
