Well, my first opinion article of the new year was printed today, and I'm feeling much better about it now that it's out. I've gotten two responses via email today, both of which were basically just thanking me for speaking my peace. One of them was entitled "Very well written", which made me d'awww

And Jebus, I didn't realize that things'd gotten that bad x_x. Do campus police even exist? I mean, I support underage drinking just as much as the next underage drinker, but the scene you described there is waaaaay over the top of what I would consider normal bounds.

Ok, I'm trying to book a flight to Dublin. I need to know what dates EXACTLY you will be a) arriving in Paris and b) leaving Paris so I can make sure I am actually in the city while you are here.

I arrive at 11:20AM on Wednesday, November 21 and leave at 1:55AM that Sunday, November 25th. Obviously the flight is already booked. Did you get my message asking what days you had school?

Hmmm, ok. Well, I'll probably skip my French class that day and the opera I was supposed to go to that night (no biggie ... unless you want to sit around during your first night in Paris?), but I can probably still make it to my Contemporary class on Wednesday ... parfois. Thursday you'll have to bum around in the morning when I go to class ... I hope that's okay. You can probably explore the area while I get drilled on French grammar and Hemingway.

You can feel free to go to the opera that night, honestly. I'll find a cafe that will allow me to order in English and just chill out. Being out late drinking will give me an excuse to sleep in while you go to class the next morning.
