Do you really have to sign an ironclad contract for that long without them giving you benefits, good money or a reasonable promise of more in the future? See what I would do is take it with the full intention to keep looking, because you'll have at least 2 weekdays a week to do so. Then if you find something in a month, give them two weeks and go. It's just a temp job.

But then again I am jaded and tired of employers expecting us to give 110% when they give us nothing, and my foot hurts and I blame it on "the man"
