I feel like an idiot for being surprised when I read that. I guess I don't even think about it. I guess I'm just trying to pretend that everything's ok, and that everything's back to normal. When people ask me how things are with you I say we're perfectly fine. Then I feel like an idiot because even though I know everything's not perfectly fine yet, I like to pretend they are. I love you. I'm sorry. And I'll do whatever it takes however long it takes to gain your trust again.
