Well , the movie on lifetime was about a young girl , a dancer , who has bulemia.It was really good.My friend Tarah and I were calling eachother every commercial break.It made me cry some times . . I'm started my fast today . . and I've made the decision that n e thing that goes down , unless it's lettuce or celery . . is coming up.No matter what.

my plan for january, at least, is to have 300 calories daily, and exercise! i'm going to wait and see the results from this before deciding on the next few months. :/
