so the day i have to move out of my house, my dad wakes me up with a phone call early telling me they are about to come over to help. so i take my time and go back to bed. 5 minutes later he calls me back and says "jed, spikes not moving, we're taking him to the vet, it's time" so i tell him they have to wait for me, that i have to be there. im ( Read more... )

so sad! makes me cry, too. but you're right, you'll se him again.
no more suffering.
and he certainly did live a great life.

this made me cry. i'm so sorry you had to go through that. life would be so much better if our pets lived as long as we do.

I am so sorry love! I cant imagine losin my puppy face and I have only had her 5 years. I LOVE YOU and your puppy too...may he rest in peace

i am so sorry jed.
nothing quite rips your heart out like having to do that.
it hurts so so much. but just know that youre right, if anything has a soul it is a dog. he knew that you loved him, and you know that he loved you. thats all you can hope for in this world. and i know it doesnt make it hurt less.
