I have to remember not to eat when not hungry, maybe that's my biggest problem? I've got 5 months to loose enough weight to be comfortable, and I don't want to blow this now!

I'm going to change this LJ to a more different style of writing, most probably wont want to read about it, what I eat and if I exercise.
