exercise so far

walked 3.7 miles, burned 250 calories (carrying backpack)
did 1 hour of yoga, burned like 150 some odd cals

So I spent four hours on this thing yesterday and am again working on it. My senior speech is required to fall between 8 and 10 minutes and I must have an introduction, a segment about my 10 page research paper, a segment about my 60 hours of project service, and then a conclusion.
