I hope the phone works out for you. I was looking at them, but people kept telling me to be wary of them. :(

However, now you can take PHOTOS of things. Even if they are crappy phone camera ones. :)

Why did they tell you to be wary? They do seem rather...fragile, which is why I bought a case and holster and such. I have a feeling they'd be fucked up if I dropped them.

Software bugs, the buttons seem to sometimes die (like- some phones just have dud buttons after a bit. Some don't. It's a lemon-in-hiding kind of thing.) Various complaints along those lines.

Also, on one of the floor models I was looking at, the hinge seemed really crappy and cheap, so that made me leery, too, since I am horribly hard on my hardware. If you're more careful than I am that probably won't be too problematic. :)

Dud buttons on a phone would be bad. *frets and crosses fingers*

I'm not hard on phones, though, so I'm not terribly worried about the hinge.

Well, calling my voicemail is like calling myself, so it comes off whatever part of the plan applies. If I call it at night, it's free. If I call it during the day, it comes off my five hundred minutes a month. Which is FINE. I almost never get or check voicemail.
