Hey guys i was wondering, how do you kill your apetite? Like when you see other people eating, and you heavent eaten forever, how do you make that hungry feeling go away? Im always hungry and i dont eat anything through out the day because when i have one tiny crumb i know ill have the whole thing.

I had a cup off coffee in the mourning before school, and then one at 4:30, and nothing else, im kind of proud of myself, i hope ill be able to say that 3 days from now when my fast is over. I feel disgusting, ughhhhhh i feel so fat. Im starting a fest tomorrow. Im not going to eat for 3 days thas my goal, just plain water, then on the 4th day ill have like an apple or something.
