Thanksgiving

Abusing and killing an innocent bird betrays the life-affirming spirit of giving thanks for our life, health, and happiness. The nearly 300 million turkeys killed each year in the U.S. spend their entire lives crammed in large sheds with little room to move.

It just seems wrong... I don't know.

its no different from every other day and all the other meat products we eat really if you put it into perspective. it doesnt make it alright, and its sad, but such is the food chain. i used to be a vegeterian for several years, for health reasons however, but if it makes you really upset to think about it research what types of poultry and meat you are eating and find out where it comes from, primarily organic farming treats animals way better. happy thanksgiving dear
