hey, i kinda find your journal accidentally when i was on one of the ana sites. sounds like u've got a good plan there and congrats on losing 2lbs this week. I really like your user picture.. its my msn picture, and i thought it was crazy how we had the same pic.. lol ok so this note is really random, just thought i'd say good job and keep up the good work!

aww thank you sweetie, it feels really good to have control over what I eat. Fat free pretzels for a snack, tomato soup for lunch, and a small bowl of low fat cottage cheese for dinner. Just curious to what kindof plan you have? I'm really happy someone can relate =) yay for the same icon, I thought it was really pretty so I had to snag it.

hey hun, i usually just restrict to about 600 cals/day. My breakfast consists of yogurt with fat free cottage cheese and some fruit.. and then lunch i might have an apple.. and then dinner i eat a tiny portion of whatever my mom makes. i usually have to save most of my cals for dinner since my mom makes me eat. today i had a terrible binge.. i feel horrible. but its ok tomorrow is a fresh start! cottage cheese is really good for u because of the protein.. great alternative to high fat meats and stuff. hope ur havin a good day!
