I'm so frustrated I could just fucking scream!!!! I'm trying to register for my classes, which can only be done online. They open registration windows for students at certain times. Mine was 1pm. So I go online to register and I have a hold, so I call and leave a message with the person who can lift my hold. An hour and a half later it's lifted. ( Read more... )

This weekend started out pretty horrible, but has progressed very nicely. Yesterday we brought the puppy over to my parents house and we all had dinner together. Then Brent and I went shopping. I feel so sick to my stomach right now. I hate being lied to.

This week has been exhausting, but good. I'm really liking my classroom observation and I'm kind of bummed that it's going to be over in 3 weeks. I don't feel like I've gotten enough time in. I'm being tested by fate or god or whatever you want to call it. I'm being tested pretty damned hard. Every few weeks an obstacle is thrown in the path of my education. I think it's a test to see if this is really what I want to do, to see how much I'll sacrafice for a dream. I sure hope I can pass, I'm so sick of this.

That's right folks, I adopted a baby today! A canine baby that is. Brent and I went out today and got a 7 week old female Yorkshire Terrier. We named her Gidget. She weighs less than a pound right now and won't grow to be much bigger than about 5 pounds. She is so adorable I could just eat her up. Here's some pictures:

Brent and I are going tomorrow afternoon with my parents to put a deposit down on the 19th Century Club for the wedding and reception. It is so beautiful. I thought I'd share a few pictures.

I am so bummed. I have been trying to win tickets to the Incubus concert all week with no luck. I really wanted to go.
