Ant got his first pay day on Friday so we went out and bought clothes, cd's and new headphones for him and cute underwear with owls on for me! I start on Tuesday. Ant's taking me out for a meal to celebrate this weekend! He also says he's going to buy me a present when he get's paid....I wonder what it is!?!

I spent last night ripping up magazines and making collages because it made me feel better. Ant just looked on with a puzzled look on his face, he should be pleased it's the first creative thing I've done in months.

Sometimes it feels like he doesn't know me any more.

I've had to go back on anti depressants.

I've been on a downward spiral for a while. The weekend was nothing but a brief respite. Normally I can get out of it without the aid of medication but I'm too low this time.

I just want to disappear.
