Adam is around for two weeks which is nice. Since I’m currently out of a job (since last Tuesday), I actually have time to hang around. I’m really disappointed that he can’t make it to my engagement party but he said that he would make it up to me in a surprise fashion…now I’m curious… :) It’s just that Adam is one of those guys that are the life ( Read more... ) -

I took the day off yesterday to have a chance to go strawberry picking with my mom and my sister who were great help. We got 14 baskets done in less than 2 hours. We are going to make strawberry and rhubarb jam as wedding favours. It's a lot of work but it's so much fun. I wanted excuses like these to spend time with friends and family. Wow...I just came out of this dream where I was traveling in England....In my dream it was England but people around me, mostly old men, where speaking a gaelic language. Heck, maybe it was Welsh! I feel like I'm posting just for the sake of posting. I've had so much to say, maybe too much, so as usual, I just didn't say anything. It's been a roller coaster lately. With school ending and the trip to Myrtle Beach immediately after, returning to real life was a huge ajudstment. Especially when "Real Life" wasn't like it once was before school ( Read more... ) -
I did it!
I reached my goal, even though it's unofficial, but I will be graduating summa cum laude in June :) It's not a big deal because it's just teacher's college and lots of people will get that title. But I'm happy because that is still the goal I had set myself.

I just want a little space to say how happy I am with this practicum. I feel like teaching is for me. I've had three profs tell me so far that it is made for me. It truly does not feel like work, but like a way of life. Of course, not everyday is a picnic, but that's how life is. On Thursday night, March 21st, Raph proposed to me and I said yes! It took me completely by surprise, as I had pretty much given up all hope. I myself had been plotting to propose to HIM in May. I finally reported a serial adder. His journal has been suspended. Victory.
God, I hope I actually SLEEP tonight....Hold on...the cats are sleeping...SIDE BY SIDE on my bed! This is a huge first. The awesomeness won't stop...
Now if I could only manage to fall asleep tonight, all would be just so awesome. -

I had a lovely March break, but of course it wasn`t enough. I spent a great deal of it sleeping and playing Sims2. I also got the chance to see my family.
