don't get me wrong. i'm not anxious about turning 30. i feel more comfortable in my skin than i ever did in my twenties if that makes any sense.

well, actually all the people i know who's turned 30 didn't want to make a big deal out of it. they all said it just made them feel older. i feel sort of the same, and i'm only 26. :p i guess to me birthdays isn't about going out and getting crazy drunk. it's about enjoying it with my family and close friends. besides, it's really a day to celebrate your mother, because without her, you wouldn't be here. :) so perhaps get your mother some flowers on your birthday. :)
